Russell Dean Havranek, MD is a board-certified gastroenterologist in San Antonio TX that has been in private practice since 2005 as a member of the Gastroenterology Clinic of San Antonio medical group, which specializes in the comprehensive treatment of all digestive symptoms and conditions. 2021 Colon Cancer Awareness Month

March is colon cancer awareness month. Each year, at my gastroenterology practice, we take this opportunity to help promote local events and spread the awareness message that following the colon cancer screening guidelines is the best way to avoid this cancer.
